BioSciToolv1.1.0Website:https://bioscitools.github.ioGithub:https://github.com/bioscitools/bioscitools.github.io亲爱的BioSciTools用户，最近由于推进其它项目进度，毕业论文及毕业答辩比较忙，时隔半月带来新的程序更新。新版本更新带来2项新的聚类分析程序，几乎涵盖所有聚类算法及聚类可视化需求：① ClusterPlot② ClusterTree

1.1 Cluster Plot

ClusterPlot: 多维数据经过 kmeans, hclust, agnes, clara, diana, fanny, pam 等多种聚类算法进行聚类分析，如经典的基于距离聚类的kmeans和基于层级聚类的hclust，最终可视化聚类结果。

1.2 Cluster Tree

ClusterTree: 此程序只进行层次聚类分析，包括hclust, agnes, diana等聚类算法，并以rectangle, circular, phylogenic三种树状图进行可视化。
